Thoughts

Some ideas are not developed enough to write a full blog post on. They might be a single line long, so I felt the existence of the page was necessary :D

Hammer

There’s a piece of jelly, soft and jelly-like obviously. There’s a hammer that is striking the piece of jelly. The impact from the strike makes the jelly bend one way and before it has time to bounce back, another piece of nail strikes it from another direction. Eventaully it is being struck from every side. Each strike, faster and more powerful! The piece of jelly hardens with each strike and eventually becomes a piece of wood. A log that just sits there, bleeding, with nails poking out of it.

Bathtub

The water in the bathtub is warm with steam coming out, but slowly it’s turning dark. It keeps getting darker and more viscous, eventually turning completely black. The steam has now morphed into bubbles trying to escape the surface of the thick liquid, and there’s something swirling inside. Something long and slender. It keeps multiplying, moving frantically, getting tied up and tangled within itself as it keeps struggling to continue it’s chaotic motion.

Joy and Sorrow

These two quotes are from a TV show titled, “When Life Gives You Tangerines”

“The road may be a million miles long, but the greatest joy is the joy in front of you.”

“The road may be a million miles long, but the greatest sorrow is the sorrow in front of you.”

Japan Trip

So the Japan trip finally happened. I was somehow convinced by my friend to join their group. Didn’t have a lot of money, didn’t have a plan but I still went. It was chaotic, adventurous and a lot of fun.

Melancholy

Sometimes it’s strangely comforting to sink into your own sadness and your own misery. This might sounds strange but when you think about how many sad movies and songs we have it kinda makes sense.

Traveling

There are foreigners who have traveled and explored my country more than I have.

Dead Poets Society

I like this quote from the Dead Poets Society: “The powerful play goes on and you too may play a part”
